The bow of this key, the end you hold in your hand when unlocking a door, has a shape that loosely resembles a clover and is infilled with a decorative pattern of Celtic knots. And the bit, the part you insert into the lock, has a triskelion cut into it.

The cut-out technique emphasizes the Celtic knots and gives the pendant an ornamental look. A slightly oxidized effect used here and there makes the pendant look appropriately aged.
