You won't find this quality in other heart pentacles because the changes in height make the pendant much more difficult to polish, making it a piece that is not easily reproduced in mass-produced jewelry. It also has a unique bail that is hidden on the backside. The backside features a unique wishbone-shaped bail so as not to distract from the design when viewed from the front.
