A pentagram enclosed by a circle - a pentacle- is featured in this handsome round pendant. It sits raised above a textured background, and at each of the five points of the pentagram is one of the five Hebrew letters that spells out the word 'leviathan'. Usually these letters appear with an inverted pentagram, but in this case the pentagram remains upright to retain its original meaning.

Oxidation, or darkening, accentuates the details and gives the pendant an aged character. The reverse side has a fine hammered finish.

This pendant is fairly thick and has a nice weighty feel to it, especially for a smaller piece.
