This bold pendant is rich in Celtic knot detailing. A large triskele which covers the 'palm' is infilled with chains of smaller knots and punctuated with three free-form Celtic inspired ornaments. Each of the toes is also inscribed with a four-cornered knot and the claws themselves are decorated like elongated knots.

The pendant is sculpted to emphasize the various parts of the paw and is very three-dimensional. The overall impression created by the dramatic detailing and striking contrast of light and dark is one of strength and pride.
